Pull n Go - No Stride

Set Up:
- wide stance, no stride

Action:
- weight shift into rear hip, rear foot anchored into the ground
- create a stretch with both hands loaded to the back shoulder
- slowly turn towards contact, holding for three seconds,
- lower half turn forward, back hip and knee driving
- front leg stabilizes to rotate
- rear shoulder and rear hip deliver barrel
- eyes, bat, ball all meet
- re set back to starting position
- execute a fully completed swing
