Healthy Habit Development

Build habits that fuel high performance, both on and off the field. You'll learn how to properly fuel your body with quality nutrition, meet hydration and sleep standards, and manage your activity levels to ensure you're always at your best. We'll also guide you in managing stress, practicing effective breathing techniques, and implementing mental focus strategies.

Physical Development

This strength training program is designed to make you a more powerful, well-rounded athlete. It focuses on improving your overall strength while applying that strength specifically to your hitting. You'll learn how to maintain proper form during lifts and progressively challenge your body to adapt, enhancing your physical abilities on the field.
