Set Up:
- regular stance
Action:
- weight shift into rear hip, rear foot anchored into the ground
- create a stretch with both hands loaded to the back shoulder as the hitter strides forward
- land and slowly turn towards contact, holding for three seconds
- eyes, bat, ball all meet
- re set back to starting position
- execute a full swing
- lower half turn forward, back hip and knee driving
- front leg stabilizes to rotate
- rear shoulder and rear hip deliver barrel
