This combines the relationship-building power of in-person coaching with the independence-developing benefits of remote training. Hybrid athletes receive priority scheduling- and the most comprehensive development experience available.
All Hybrid programs include nutritional advice, mentorship guidance, speed/agility, and strength training protocols for offseason and in-season; because elite performance requires complete athlete development.
