Set Up :
- regular stance
Action :
- lift front knee up, hands working down to connect knee and knob
- hold for one second, then separate
- create a stretch by striding forward and loading hands to back shoulder
- when front foot hits the ground, the hitter should feel a stretch with both hands staying back
- rear leg initiates driving, core turns, shoulders rotate and front leg braces up through contact
- fire forward on time
- drill can be done with a one second hold or full speed without a pause
