Set Up :
- wide stance, no stride.
Action :
- stretch into a loaded position, weight shift backwards and hands to the back shoulder.
- fire forward on time with a full swing.
- rear hip, knee, foot fully rotated towards pitcher.
- after completed swing, drive rear knee down into Bosu Ball.
-emphasis on driving rear knee down to front foot.
