- lunge into a bent front leg, push off backwards while staying in place.
- do this two times, proceeding into a full swing.
- stretch into a loaded position, weight shift backwards and hands to the back shoulder.
-emphasis on front leg landing bent, accepting force of weight.
- lock out front leg into rotation.
- fire forward on time.
