Action :
- upper body coils around and sinks behind rear hip, hands load to back shoulder
- feet stay in position anchored to the ground
- swing with a connected turn forward
- barrel turns with back shoulder and releases directly into contact
- keep chest over the plate with a side bend finish
- avoid finishing straight upright
- fire forward on time
- core turns, shoulders rotate and front leg braces up through contact, stick the finish
