Rhythm Feet

Set Up :
- regular stance

Action :
- establish a rhythm with both feet working up and down
- emphasis placed on body control, steady timing, and creating pre swing movement
- press into the ground with back foot, sinking into it, striding forward while hands load to back shoulder
- connected turn forward
- barrel turns with back shoulder and releases directly into contact
- fire forward on time
- rear leg initiates driving, core turns, shoulders rotate and front leg braces up through contact
