Jumps, Hold, Go

Set Up :
- wide stance, no stride.
- feet outside shoulder width.

Action :
- spring upward off two feet and land in same position.
- emphasis on landing in athletic position, bent knees, hips hinged back.
- once landed, hold position to ensure balance.
- weight shift lower half backwards, hands loaded to back shoulder.
- fire forward on time.
