Set Up :
- regular stance

Action :
- start upright, working into a hinge posture to start.
- hips back, chest over the plate.
- stretch into a loaded position, striding forward, hands loading back to shoulder.
- fire forward on time.
- finish and 2 second hold the hinge posture to complete a full swing.
- side bend finish over the plate (opposed to chest working upright again out of hinge posture)
