Set Up :
- regular stance
Action :
- split hand grip so there is a gap between both hands.
- stretch into a loaded position, striding forwards and both hands to the back shoulder.
- fire forward on time.
- stay inside the ball, feeling the barrel behind hands.
- emphasis on extending top hand/arm with a palm up finish, while extending bottom hand/arm with a palm down finish.
- two hand finish without rolling either wrist.
