- create a stretch by striding forward and loading hands to back shoulder
- when front foot hits the ground, the hitter should feel a stretch with both hands staying back
- shuffle three times with a full swing on the last shuffle
- rear leg initiates driving, core turns, shoulders rotate and front leg braces up through contact
- fire forward on time
