- regular stance, line up with the two back cones
Action :
- create a stretch by striding forward to the third cone and loading hands to back shoulder
- the third cone represents the landing position the hitter is most comfortable striding to
- consistent striding pattern and length are being established
- hold for one second, feeling an even distribution in weight on both feet providing balance
- visually check the front foot landing even with the third cone and that the hands are loaded back
-fire forward on time
-rear leg initiates driving, core turns, shoulders rotate and front leg braces up through contact
