PVC Bottom Hand - Stride

Set Up:
- regular stance

Action:
- bottom hand using PVC
- top hand close to chest area
- weight shift into rear glute, coil around rear hip, rear foot anchored
- stride forward and create a stretch with bottom hand loading to rear shoulder
- lower half turn, back hip and knee driving
- bottom hand rotates behind back hip and knee
- front leg stabilizes to rotate
- bottom hand extension and palm down finish
